Dear Lighthouse Parents!

Believe it or not, the Holidays are upon us.  Soon we’ll be sipping hot cocoa and eating pumpkin pie next to the holiday fires.  Or something like that!  Ha ha.

This fall has been an amazing and challenging start to the school year.  We have seen God move in some great ways in the hearts and lives of our students.  Our ongoing hope is that we will continue to see the hand of God in the life of each student in our ministry.  As we move towards the holidays and colder weather, please take note of these items that will continue to be important to our ministry to students.

HEALTH SERIES – Our Wednesday night series titled, “Health” will continue through the month of November.  We have already experienced some great conversations with students and expect that to continue.  The three topics for November are Bullying on Nov 1st, Drugs & Alcohol on Nov 8th, and Sex on Nov 15th.  Please be praying that God continues to open the hearts of these students!

DECEMBER SUNDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS – As usual, we will not have youth service during the month of the December.  Students are encouraged to participate in the Advent series!  We will also take off two Wednesdays for Christmas break: Dec 27th and Jan 3rd.

CITY SERVE – On Saturday, Jan 20th we will be serving in San Francisco with SF City Impact.  The cost will be $39.  This is a great opportunity for our students to serve the needy in the Bay Area!

As always, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.  We are always open to connect!
