Dear Lighthouse and Impact Families,
By now you should have received an email from Hope Center regarding our decision to suspend services for at least the next two weeks. This morning (3/13/20) we have also received word that our local schools have also decided to close and move to online formats. In following with our local and state government and local schools, Lighthouse and Impact will not meet for at least the next two weeks.
Tim and I are currently talking about ways we might be able to connect online with students during this time. We will do our best to keep you updated of any youth ministry specific updates. Hope Center’s website (hopecenter.cc) and facebook page will be updated with information regularly.
We invite you to join us in continuing to pray, trust God and love others in the name of Jesus. In situations of uncertainty like this, it is easy to be anxious of fearful. We pray for peace and wisdom to permeate all of our decisions. Our God is still King and in control. I leave a verse that comforts me when my anxiety is high, 1 Peter 5:7 “ Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
Tim and I are available for you and your students! Please call/text/email us so that we can continue to minister to your students and families.
